Emerson Projects Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing high-quality commercial painting, decorating, plastering, boarding, flooring, and tiling services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our terms regarding project cancellations, amendments, and refunds.
1. Deposits and Initial Payments

For all confirmed projects, a deposit or initial payment may be required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled and materials are ordered.
2. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel a scheduled project more than 7 days before commencement, we will refund any payments made minus any material costs already incurred.

If a project is cancelled within 7 days of commencement, Emerson Projects Ltd reserves the right to retain the deposit and may charge for any labour or material costs already committed.
3. Changes to Scope

If you request changes to the agreed scope of work before commencement, we will provide an updated quote reflecting the changes.

Any additional work requested after commencement will be invoiced separately.
4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where payments have been made in advance and work has not yet started or materials have not been purchased.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of agreement.
5. Cancellation by Emerson Projects Ltd

In the unlikely event that Emerson Projects Ltd must cancel a project, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All payments made in advance for cancelled projects will be fully refunded.

Emerson Projects Ltd is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from project cancellation.
